Follow the internal control system to ensure integrity of financial and accounting information, promote accountability, and prevent fraud.

Responsible for the bank reconciliation (daily).

Post journal or ledger entries.

Reviewing financial transactions.

Monitoring accounts reconciliation process.

Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports.

Assisting with tax preparation, audits, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting regulations.

Managing payroll, tax return report and payments.

Managing payments

Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.

Maintaining accurate financial records.

Analyze and implement possible accounting solutions for discrepancies.

General Accountant Skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Time management.

Organization and strong attention to details.

Service oriented.

Proficiency in accounting softwares.

Microsoft Office (Proficiency in Excel including PIVOT works).

Written and verbal communication skills (spanish & english)
