This is an opportunity to positively impact The Plaza's Residents' lives and lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The Administrator role is responsible for the overall operation and management of the facility, ensuring Residents receive personalized and engaging care in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing finances, leading staff, maintaining relationships with Residents and Families, managing oversight of admissions and discharges, and ensuring accurate documentation.
