Key Responsibilities Manage a team of BSA/AML Investigators conducting case reviews and investigations Provide guidance on processes and procedures while overseeing case distribution among analysts Review complex cases, ensure timely filing of SARs, and assist with internal audit deliverables Required Qualifications Undergraduate Degree (4 years) or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in AML, financial investigations, or banking Management experience and ability to lead and direct staff Experience in transaction analysis, case investigations, and suspicious activity reporting CAMS designation preferred
