Experience Requirements Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools. Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail. Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards. Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity. Job Duties Assemble products, components, and equipment using hand and power tools Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical documentation Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Verify measurements and identify quality concerns Maintain organized and safe work areas Support daily production goals and manufacturing operations Follow company procedures and workplace safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
