An established Assisted Living Facility in Staten Island is seeking a responsible and motivated Assistant Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the facility. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in healthcare administration and leadership.
The ideal candidate will assist with regulatory compliance, staff coordination, resident services, and general administrative oversight to ensure smooth facility operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Administrator with daily facility operations
Help maintain regulatory compliance and documentation
Support staff scheduling and coordination
Assist with resident services and family communication
Help prepare reports and maintain records
Support survey readiness and policy compliance
Assist with admissions and operational tasks as needed
Experience in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
Experience in assisted living, nursing home, or healthcare setting is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional and reliable
Basic computer skills required
