Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience (with a Master’s degree) OR three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor’s degree) with the following: managing complex, cross-functional projects in a heavily matrixed organization, including direct oversight of engineering deliverables; driving solution implementation and benefits delivery that fully meets the organizational goals; defining and developing business case and scope, articulating issues, challenges, risks, dependencies, solutions, and providing status reports; leading projects through all elements of the software development life cycle (SDLC), using JIRA software for project management; designing solution or other design and strategic implementations within the Financial Services sector; communicating project status and risk items to a broad range of stakeholders, including Executive/Senior Management level; and managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
