This role requires a dedicated detail oriented individual who can manage litigation processes, handle complex legal matters, and provide strategic solutions to clients. Responsibilities:• Active Virginia law license.
• At least 3 years of litigation experience, specifically with construction and contract disputes
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with court appearances and civil litigation processes.
• Commitment to teamwork, mentorship, and maintaining a positive work environment.
