At Floyd's 99 Barbershop, we're all about bold style and great energy, never boring. We're looking for a full-time Barber - Hair Stylist who's passionate about cosmetology and loves creating confidence-boosting experiences for every client who sits in their chair.

We offer strong earning potential and flexibility in how you get paid. You'll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or get a guaranteed minimum wage. You'll always take home whichever is higher! We pay based on performance every week, so your effort directly drives your income. Most of our barbers and stylists earn between $31 and $56.50 per hour , with room to grow as your skills and clientele expand.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll build meaningful connections with clients and create an experience that keeps them coming back. From classic cuts and fades to bold color work, you'll use your cosmetology skills to deliver high-quality services that stand out. You'll also elevate each visit with extras like lather neck shaves and relaxing shoulder massages.
Our shops are fast-paced and always evolving, giving you the chance to grow your skills and stay on top of trends. We're looking for someone open to flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
