Join us as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions . We are seeking independent contractors to provide services to our Military in Guam. Most events are on weekends, with occasional weekday opportunities on an 'as needed' basis. We provide health readiness services to maintain a deployable military force, supporting: U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) Army National Guard (ARNG) U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR) U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR) Air National Guard (ANG) U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR) Responsibilities: Support periodic health assessments for soldiers. Review behavioral health questionnaires. Collaborate with military providers on case-managed patients. Requirements: Active Clinical Social Worker license or Master Social Worker license in the state. Prior experience in a clinical social health setting. Experience working with military or veterans (preferred). Weekend availability is required. Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office.
