Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Utilize phone etiquette to maintain a professional demeanor during all interactions.
• Conduct outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions using office computer systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Insurance industry experience is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with office computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
