Call Center Representative -  Bilingual Preferred

Overview:
As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for hairstylists, salons, and customers interested in DreamCatchers Hair Extensions. You’ll handle inquiries about certification, orders, classes, and support, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer other inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from stylists, salon owners, and customers.
• Provide detailed information about:
• DreamCatchers certification courses
• Product details, pricing, and availability
• Order status, shipping, and returns
• Upcoming training dates and locations
• Assist with account setup, logins, and troubleshooting access to online resources.
• Upsell products, tools, or classes when appropriate.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Handle complaints or escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish - Preferred
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or salon/beauty industry preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask across phones, email, and CRM.
• Familiarity with hair extensions or cosmetology is a plus.
• Positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
