AltaStaff is a boutique staffing agency, currently looking for a Case Initiation Representative for our Client in the Jefferson City, MO area.
This is a full time, long term, in-office position.
Full time: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST
40 Hour work week
Hourly rate: $17.50/hr

Job Description: Open all child support cases for state by using details provided on an application to find and locate possible parties and creating the case to
match the needs of the families. All applications are processed in a detailed and timely manner. Demonstrate professionalism at every level of work and keep client
confidentiality.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Assess child support cases using contract/project systems and online resources.
Assist customers who call in regarding their applications
Analyze and interpret data to determine appropriate next steps
Maintain confidentiality and uphold legal standards
Enter and verify accurate data into computer programs
Follow standard operating procedures thoroughly to ensure everything is processed properly
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
At least one year working in a clerical, data entry, or office assistance position
Proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, 10-key pad
Typing speed of 45-50 wpm minimum
Proficient in Microsoft office programs
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Ability to lift at least 15 pounds as needed
