CDL Bus Driver

Full Moon Builders – Baytown, TX (Near Mont Belvieu)
$20/hr or $160/day (Split Shift) | Paid Weekly

About the Role
Full Moon Builders is seeking a dependable, safety-focused CDL Bus Driver to transport workers to and from job sites near Baytown, TX. This split-shift position involves consistent morning and evening runs, ideal for experienced drivers supporting contracted energy sector construction projects. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Schedule & Pay
● Split Shift: Morning and Evening (exact times provided during interview)
● $20/hour or $160/day (flat rate for both shifts)
● Paid weekly

Location Requirement
● Must live within a 30-minute drive of the Baytown/Mont Belvieu jobsite
● Early pickups may be required due to weather or emergency situations
Key Responsibilities
● Safely transport workers between designated pick-up points and the jobsite, navigating both paved roads and unpaved terrain
● Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
● Maintain bus cleanliness and perform basic upkeep
● Follow all traffic and safety laws
● Communicate clearly and professionally with team members

Qualifications
● CDL Class A or B with Passenger (“P”) endorsement and Airbrakes
● Current DOT physical
● Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
● Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
● Ability to perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
● Ability to pass a drug screening
● Strong punctuality and reliability
● Ability to adapt to schedule changes during emergencies
