Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team to haul a walking floor trailer. This position is 12 hour shifts for 7 days or 12 hour shifts on overnights for 7 days, then 7 days off. Payroll is based upon a 2 week pay period so there will be 4 hours of overtime per pay period.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate different types of trucks/trailers
- Transport materials to and from designated locations following specific routes (all local within under a full days travel)
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL-A) with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in route driving and commercial driving
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
