Active CPA license (required)
Strong accounting foundation (GAAP, month-end close, reporting, or tax depending on role)
Experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination
Strong communication skills and a desire to contribute beyond the numbers
Access to multiple CPA-required roles across the Richmond market
Representation by a recruiter with deep local market knowledge
Opportunities ranging from short-term consulting to long-term leadership roles
