The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Chief Medical Officer/Physician to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in West Burlington, IA !

Position Highlights:

• Work/Life Balance: flexible & consistent schedule within clinic hours of M/T/W/Th: 7AM - 6 PM; Fri: 7am - 5 PM
• Full-Time Role : 40 hours/week; anticipating 50% administrative time & 50% patient-facing time seeing on average 18-20 patients per day in a full patient care day
• Full supportive provider team includes: 2 physicians, 3 advanced practice providers
• Financial Support: Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs
• Competitive Salary: starting around $300,000+ based on experience with additional quality & productivity incentives
• EHR: Ochin Epic

What you’ll need

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program
• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Iowa
• 1-3 years of clinical leadership experience
