About the Role

Noble is seeking a full-time Chief Medical Officer (CMO). As a key member of the executive team, you will provide strategic clinical leadership while overseeing quality, compliance, and provider engagement. This role blends direct patient care with administrative leadership, ensuring the highest standards of care across our growing network.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic clinical initiatives and collaborate with the executive team to advance Noble’s mission.
  • Oversee all clinical functions, including quality improvement, compliance, and patient safety programs.
  • Provide direct patient care including examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and preventive health measures.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement programs to enhance care delivery.
  • Mentor and lead medical providers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and provider engagement.
  • Manage provider productivity, utilization review, and pay-for-performance programs to optimize care efficiency.
  • Ensure HRSA compliance and serve as Medical Director for the CLIA-Waived Laboratory.
  • Engage in community health initiatives, strengthening partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Provide reports to the Board of Directors on clinical performance, quality outcomes, and strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO) with board certification in a relevant Primary Care Specialty.
  • 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership in ambulatory or primary care settings (FQHC experience preferred).
  • 2-3 years of people management experience with a strong track record in team development and engagement.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • High integrity, professionalism and strong problem-solving skills.
