- Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and specifications to prepare CNC machines for production.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs with CAM software to improve efficiency and quality.
- Perform test runs and adjust settings to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of CNC operations and program updates.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflows and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to solve machining or assembly issues.
- Train and assist machine operators in operating and troubleshooting CNC equipment.
- Minimum 5+ years in programming and 3+ in operating.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
- Solid understanding of metal properties and CNC machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Diploma or certification in CNC programming, machining, or a related field.
