Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Corrugated Production Scheduler to join our team on-site at our Gastonia, NC facility. The Production Scheduler will be responsible for planning and managing production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing. This role involves coordinating with various departments to align resources, maintain inventory control, and meet customer demands. The Scheduler will play a critical role in optimizing production processes, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring seamless workflow.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize production processes
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders
• Experience in Inventory Control and materials management
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of corrugated manufacturing processes and industry best practices is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Kiwi Plan is desirable
