Hiring: Project Manager – Concept Design Integration (Creative Role)
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid | Fridays Remote)
Contract: 4 Months (No Extension)

We are looking for a highly collaborative and creative Project Manager to support a dynamic Concept Design Integration team .
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and has a strong background in creative production or design operations .
You will play a key role in bringing innovative concepts to life , managing end-to-end creative production across multiple mediums—physical and digital.

✔ Experience in creative/design operations (Figma & Airtable preferred)
✔ Passion for staying current with industry trends & emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end creative production (planning → execution)
• Partner with designers, creatives, and external agencies
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Lead production execution for shoots, activations, and experiences
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and legal requirements
• Act as the bridge between cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Cross-functional partners (Marketing, Merchandising, Product)
• External agencies, vendors, and creative professionals
What We’re Looking For
• Background in creative project management / production (not IT PMs)
• Experience working with agencies, vendors, or creative networks
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive solutions
• Previous client experience is highly preferred
Nice to Have
• Experience with tools like Figma, Airtable
• Exposure to retail builds, content production, or experiential projects
