We're looking for a Problem Solver to be the Face of the House – the first person customers see when they walk in with a broken device and a bad day. Your job is to turn any frustration they may have into relief. Prior repair experience helpful but not required – we provide full training and certification. What You'll Do Consult (80%): Listen to the customer, diagnose the issue, recommend the right repair, accessory or protection plan. Repair (20%): Learn to fix screens, batteries, components on the latest devices. Start a technology career. Own It: Keep the front desk organized, customers up-to-date, and data accurate.
