Key responsibilities: Build and scale OnePay's consumer insights function, establishing research standards and governance Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to uncover consumer attitudes and behaviors, influencing marketing and product strategies Establish insights infrastructure and measure the impact of campaigns and product launches through performance analysis Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in consumer insights or quantitative research within fintech or related industries Proven experience in starting or scaling research programs with limited infrastructure Mastery of advanced quantitative methodologies and qualitative methods Fluency with research and analytics tools, advocating for improvements Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making
