Data Entry Specialist

Responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Schedule:

• $18.00 - $20.00/hour
• 1st Shift: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Must be available for overtime and weekends

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into internal databases and systems accurately and efficiently
• Review data for errors or discrepancies and make corrections as needed
• Maintain organized records and files
• Verify and cross-check information for accuracy
• Generate reports and assist with document management
• Communicate with team members regarding missing or incomplete information
• Perform general administrative support duties as assigned
• Qualifications:
• Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
