Dental Receptionist
Job Description Celebrate Dental and Braces in Springfield, MO, is seeking a motivated Dental Receptionist to manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional patient service.
Primary Responsibilities: Greet patients upon arrival, manage appointment scheduling, answer phone inquiries, and handle patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Insurance & Billing: Perform medical and dental insurance verifications, clarify coverage details for patients, and assist with billing inquiries to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Patient Communication: Provide compassionate support to patients, explain office policies clearly, and maintain effective communication between clinical staff and visitors.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain patient digital records, organize daily schedules, collect copayments, and uphold confidentiality in compliance with office policies.
full-time $16 - $50 per hour

Shift & Schedule- Work Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:45 AM - 7 PM; Friday: 7 AM - 1 PM.
RequirementsMedical and dental administrative experience are both accepted for this role.
