TITLE: Director of Corporate Catering & Events COMPENSATION : $105,000 – $120,000 annually BENEFITS : Comprehensive - medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement SUMMARY A leading hospitality services organization is seeking a highly polished Director of Corporate Catering & Events to oversee large-scale catering and hospitality operations within a high-profile corporate campus environment. This leadership role is responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, financial performance, client partnership management, and team leadership across catering, events, and premium dining programs. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in high-volume corporate campus catering environments, with a strong background managing creative, hospitality-driven food programs serving thousands of guests daily. This individual will lead innovative catering experiences, oversee operational systems and financial performance, and partner closely with client stakeholders to deliver elevated hospitality experiences aligned with brand culture and employee engagement goals. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead all catering, event, and hospitality operations for large-scale corporate campus dining account. Develop and execute innovative catering programs, menus, and service standards that enhance the guest experience. Oversee daily catering operations including staffing, scheduling, logistics, food presentation, inventory, procurement, and event execution. Partner closely with culinary, operations, finance, HR, and client leadership teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and service expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, event organizers, and cross-functional business partners. Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, food cost controls, and P&L accountability. Utilize CaterTrax and related systems to manage catering workflows, reporting, invoicing, and operational efficiency. Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on profitability, service quality, and guest satisfaction. Recruit, train, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality and catering teams. Establish performance standards, accountability measures, and employee development initiatives. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, allergen, labor, and workplace safety regulations. Maintain high standards for hospitality, presentation, customer service, and operational excellence in a fast-paced corporate environment. Support special events, executive meetings, and large-scale campus functions with a hospitality-first mindset. Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to broader account strategy and operational planning. QUALIFICATIONS 5-10+ years of progressive leadership experience within corporate campus dining, hospitality, or high-volume catering operations. Prior experience managing corporate catering programs serving 2,000+ guests daily. Strong background high-touch service expectations. Experience supporting creative workplace cultures while collaborating with demanding stakeholders. Demonstrated financial management expertise including budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and P&L oversight. Proficiency with leading catering/event management software platforms. Strong leadership, organizational, and client relationship management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, peak event periods as needed. PREFERRED: ServSafe Manager certification. PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field.
