He is a very calm, easygoing person overall and does best with caregivers who are patient, kind, and consistent. We are looking for someone who is professional, on time, communicates well, and is honest about their availability and ability to commit to the position. Dependability is extremely important to us because consistency in care and routine matters. He is a total assist and is unable to walk independently. Assistance is needed with transfers, bathing, toileting, dressing, mobility, and sometimes eating depending on the day. The home is already equipped with a lift, wheelchair, commode, and additional equipment to help make caregiving safer and easier.
