Job Description
*Joshua Institute is a small, private, Christian school for "gap students" ~ students with learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, etc.
*Seeking an Elementary Classroom Teacher
*Our class sizes are capped at 10 students.
*Our school days are M-Th from 9:00am-3:00pm.
*We have two elementary classrooms ~ one is typically for 2nd through 4th grade students, and the other is typically for 4th through 6th grade students.
*We provide specialized training for our teachers regarding teaching students with learning difficulties.
*This job is considered "full time" for us, but it is technically less than full time based on the days and hours our school functions.

Joshua Institute has been providing life-changing intervention to students since 2008. We are a small, private, Christian school. Our class sizes are capped at 10 students max per classroom. Specializing in helping students with learning difficulties of all types, we provide services in all content areas including reading, writing, and more with the goal of finding the root cause of the learning difficulty. Students that attend the Joshua Institute Academy receive one-on-one Educational Therapy two times per week as part of their Academy day. Our teachers receive specialized training in order to better help students that struggle to learn.
