Embroidery Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Embroidery Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full operation of multi-head embroidery machines, ensuring the highest quality standards are met for every job. This role requires precision, efficiency, and adherence to specific instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Our Client is a privately held multi-brand licensed apparel manufacturer with Columbia Sportswear, Adidas, and Charlie Hustle. They source, decorate apparel for golf pro shops, resorts, gift shops, bookstores, fan shops, and collegiate/military channels. This facility handles blank inventory and finishes and fulfills the orders.

Embroidery Operator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $18.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operations of multi-head embroidery machines to achieve company quality standards.
  • Execute complete setup and completion of various embroidery jobs, including ticketing, hooping, threading, and adjusting thread and bobbin tensions.
  • Monitor machine performance and apply corrections promptly to prevent product loss and maintain efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to detailed instructions provided by supervisors and managers.
  • Meet daily department production expectations and targets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, actively participating in machine and work area maintenance and cleaning.
  • Accurately operate small components of machinery.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support production operations.

Embroidery Operator Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of embroidery experience 
  • Physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, and bend the entire shift. 
  • Must be able to life up to 60 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day. 
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
