Your Role:
As a Day Esthetics Teacher, you will play a vital role in educating and inspiring future beauty professionals during daytime classes. You will teach essential skills in skincare, makeup application, and industry best practices, ensuring that students gain the knowledge and confidence needed to excel in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and demonstrations in esthetics practices.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to guide their improvement.
• Maintain an organized and positive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational program and experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid State of Illinois Educator License.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the field of esthetics, including skincare and makeup artistry.
• Previous teaching or instructional experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for nurturing student growth.
• Ability to work a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm cst.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
