EWM SAP Inventory Lead | Sparks, NV

Nexeo HR is hiring an EWM SAP Inventory Lead to support a global logistics and data center operation in Sparks, NV. This role is ideal for an experienced inventory professional with SAP EWM expertise who can lead a team, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure real-time visibility across a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and system corrections within SAP EWM
• Lead and manage daily activities for a team of 4–6 inventory specialists
• Direct cycle count programs, bin verifications, and support full-site inventory audits
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy and department performance
• Train, mentor, and coach team members on SAP EWM functions, inventory best practices, and SOPs
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure real-time inventory visibility across all storage zones and data center locations
• Partner with logistics, receiving, operations, and warehouse teams to maintain data integrity
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage areas in accordance with data center safety and security standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, workflow efficiency, and system reliability

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of Lead or Supervisory experience (warehouse, logistics, inventory, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM or similar WMS platforms
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes, reconciliation, and accuracy best practices
• Experience conducting cycle counts, audits, and resolving discrepancies
• High attention to detail with strong analytical abilities
• Comfortable working with large data sets, transaction logs, and reporting tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, and data analysis preferred)
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Reliable transportation to Sparks, NV (near USA Parkway)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screening
• High school diploma or GED required

Pay

$28.00 per hour

Full Time | Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
