StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Clinic operates Monday–Friday. NPs work 4 or 5 day a week. Pay Rate: $125024.00 - $181285.00

Overview

AMN Healthcare is partnering with Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC) to recruit two Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners for the new Echo Cliffs Health Center in northern Arizona, opening fall 2026 . This outpatient role focuses on adult primary care and chronic disease management in a 123,000-square-foot clinic designed to expand access across western Navajo Nation communities. Join a collegial team led by a long-tenured chief, with strong onboarding, flexible schedules, no call, and opportunities to teach rotating residents.

Opportunity Highlights

• New, LEED-targeted outpatient clinic serving Bodaway/Gap, Cameron, LeChee, Coppermine, and Page
• Average 14–20 patients/day once ramped; extended visit times
• Adult-focused primary care with chronic disease depth
• No call; same-day access as needed
• Team of 10+ Family Medicine clinicians ; work with 18 residents/year
• Competitive compensation (experience-based), plus sign-on and relocation

Candidate Parameters

• Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license; American Association of Nurse Practitioners certification
• New graduates considered; experience preferred
• Full-time need with flexibility for less than full time
