About the Role:

Join LML Delivery Service INC as a Package Delivery Driver and be a vital part of our fast-paced logistics team in Providence, RI. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy driving and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to designated locations.
• Load and unload packages efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Navigate routes using GPS and local knowledge to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure safety.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Document delivery activities accurately and maintain records as required.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety on the road.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in delivery or logistics is a plus.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods in Providence.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
