• Manually harvest flowers at optimal maturity from greenhouses or fields.
• Select, cut, and handle blooms carefully to ensure freshness and prevent damage.
• Sort, bunch, and clean flowers immediately after picking for transport.
• Pack, move, and store picked flowers efficiently to maintain quality.
• Physical stamina (bending, standing for long periods), ability to work in various weather conditions, and knowledge of flower varieties.

Job Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to work in various weather conditions in fields or greenhouses, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge: Understanding of flower species, proper harvesting techniques, and identifying optimal maturity stages.
• Skills : Manual dexterity for delicate handling, precision in cutting, and ability to sort/bundle products.
• Experience: Often no formal education is required, though agricultural or, retail experience is preferred.

Additional Information

Employment Type- Monday-Friday, Weekends, and Holidays


Pay Rate-$18.00/HR

Pay rate Ranges: $16.90/HR-$85.00/HR
