Senior Angular Web Developer (Contract)
Statement of Work

This Statement of Work ("SOW") is between the Vendor and the client organization. This engagement provides professional services expertise as a Senior Angular Web Developer .
License Scope

The client is responsible for all licensing requirements within their environments.
Duration

The proposed level of effort for this engagement is approximately 24 months (4176 hours) , ending March 16, 2028. Any increases in scope, requirements, or scheduling may result in a new or extended agreement.
Job Description

The organization is seeking a Senior Angular Web Developer to join a Core Web Team responsible for developing, supporting, modernizing, and maintaining internal and public-facing web applications.

The team is currently modernizing several applications by migrating from AngularJS to Angular 21 . The selected candidate should have experience with both technologies and be comfortable working in a Scrum/DevOps environment .

Required Qualifications

• Experience with modern web development technologies, including:
  • Angular user interfaces
  • Responsive design using Bootstrap 4+
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) , including high code coverage and integration testing
• Experience designing and implementing accessible web applications following WCAG standards
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments , including tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience working on development teams supporting both new and existing projects
• Experience with GitHub and GitFlow pull request workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 4 years of IT experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Claude)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
