Job Description
Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Security monitors the facility, residents, and cameras, conducts safety checks, documents incidents, and responds to safety concerns. This is a hands-off, non-restraint position focused on verbal de-escalation, redirection, active listening, calm communication, and maintaining professional boundaries. Security works closely with clinical and supervisory staff to support resident safety and the overall operation of the facility.
