Job Summary: Responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive guest experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Regular and reliable attendance
• Flexible Schedule
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Guest Check-ins and Check-outs - efficiently and accurately
• Room Deliveries
• Concierge Services
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Maintain accurate guest records and handle payment transactions
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Experience:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
• Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by our guests
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
• Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management principles
• Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

We are open 24/7, while this position is not overnight, candidates must be available to work any day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and Holidays.
