Job Responsibilities

  • Define Product Strategy & Vision: The entire service portfolio, overseeing market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to identify new growth opportunities and maintain market leadership.
  • Own the Product Roadmap: AI-driven detection, investigation, and auto-remediation workflows, prioritizing initiatives that maximize customer value, business goals, and P&L targets.
  • Lead Product Lifecycle: From concept through launch, focusing on feature definition, market fit, pricing, and packaging for new and existing services, especially those incorporating cutting-edge AI/ML.
  • Drive Market Analysis & Customer Insights: Translating real-world attacker behavior and customer pain points into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories for engineering and design teams.
  • Lead & Mentor Product Management Team: Managing product managers and a diverse set of stakeholders. Drive a culture of customer-centricity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with Engineering & UX: Ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of product features, balancing long-term strategic investments with immediate customer needs.
  • Define and Monitor Product KPIs: (e.g., adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction, retention) and oversee the operational success and reliability of products in production.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, & Customer Success: Develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement content, and product positioning that clearly articulates the value proposition to the market.
  • Foster Innovation: Identify and drive the adoption of new technologies and engineering methodologies within the product. Push the frontier—experiment with retrieval-augmented generation, tool-calling agents, and multi-modal models (text + logs + graphs) to maintain a competitive advantage.
