Home Soft Goods Product / Textile Designer We are seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support licensed and private-label brands across bedding, throws, blankets, and decorative soft goods. This hands-on role combines creative design and technical execution, taking products from concept through production. The ideal candidate understands soft home product development and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include: Designing seasonal assortments for bedding and soft home products Creating CADs, repeats, engineered placements, and colorways Developing trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details Preparing factory-ready artwork and tech packs Reviewing and approving samples, strike-offs, and lab dips Collaborating with design, sales, sourcing, and production teams Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines Qualifications include: 3–5 years minimum of product, textile, or home design experience Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre Experience with production-ready artwork and repeats Strong understanding of textiles and soft-goods construction Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple brands SourcePro Search, LLC
