In this role, you will manage admissions, cross-cover hospitalized patients, coordinate complex care plans, and respond rapidly to changes in patient status. You will collaborate closely with nurses, specialists, and ancillary teams in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities include performing history and physicals, ordering and interpreting tests, adjusting treatment plans, documenting in the EMR, communicating with families, and supporting safe, timely discharges while promoting quality and safety standards.
