The HR Global Enablement Consultant is an individual contributor responsible for supporting the buildout of Truist's Global Capability Center (GCC), with a concentrated focus on global mobility infrastructure, Total Rewards (TR) governance, HR operations setup, policy development, and global delivery readiness. Operating from the U.S. with strong coordination across India, the role provides hands on execution support across global HR workstreams, including mobility programs, policy creation, TR implementation, reporting and regulatory requirements, and cross-functional coordination. This consultant ensures foundational HR programs, processes, and controls are in place to support early stage GCC growth and enables smooth global delivery across recruitment, capacity coordination, transfer management, leadership hiring support, TVP activation, learning readiness, and HRinaBox operational design.
