What You'll Do (Your Heroic Duties)
  • Patrol the park on foot to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to security concerns and medical incidents.
  • Interact positively with guests, providing help, guidance, and reassurance when needed.
  • Enforce Enchanted Parks policies along with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Secure or unsecure gates, buildings, and restricted areas as instructed.
  • Assist in transporting medical patients safely and calmly when necessary.
  • Complete clear, accurate, and detailed reports documenting incidents and observations.
  • Support entry‑point guest screening using metal detectors and other tools when needed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the standards of the Public Safety Department.
  • Represent Enchanted Parks with courtesy, confidence, and approachability at all times.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Able to obtain and maintain any required local security licenses or certifications
  • Prior security experience preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and patrolling outdoors for long periods
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; friendly and guest‑focused
  • Comfortable using radios, phones, and basic computer systems
  • Dependable, safety‑minded, and able to multitask effectively
  • Flexible availability-nights, weekends, holidays, especially during peak season (Memorial Day-Labor Day)

Background Check Disclosure
