As part of the employment process, Enchanted Parks may require applicants to undergo a background check and/or drug screening. Please review the following disclosure and authorization carefully.
By applying for employment, you acknowledge that Enchanted Parks may obtain consumer reports and/or investigative consumer reports for employment purposes, as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). These reports may include information regarding your criminal history, prior employment, education verification, motor vehicle records, and other information relevant to the position for which you are applying.
No background check will be conducted without your written authorization. You will be provided with a separate disclosure and authorization form before any report is requested.
Missouri law prohibits employers from making adverse employment decisions based solely on arrest records or charges that did not result in a conviction, unless the employer can demonstrate a reasonable relationship between the information and the job duties. Convictions will not automatically disqualify an applicant and will be considered in relation to the specific responsibilities of the position.
Applicants have the right, upon written request and after a background check is completed, to receive information regarding the nature and scope of any investigative consumer report obtained.
Enchanted Parks maintains a drug-free workplace. Applicants may be required to complete a pre-employment drug screening as a condition of employment. Testing may include, but is not limited to, screening for illegal substances in accordance with applicable federal and Missouri state laws.
Refusal to complete the screening, failure to provide a valid sample, or a verified positive test result may result in disqualification from employment consideration.
