Overview In-store Warehouse Worker - Order Fulfillment Join to apply for the In-store Warehouse Worker - Order Fulfillment role at IKEA . WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Contribute to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process. Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at point of receiving. Move product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor — all areas). Perform sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance. Select goods for customers within the agreed time frame, securing excellent quality of delivery in a multichannel environment. Adhere to store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer type usage and inventory taking procedures. Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers. QUALIFICATIONS 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment. Ability to contribute to the fulfillment of customer orders with efficient product availability and replenishment. Experience with receiving inbound goods, inventory accuracy, replenishment, and multichannel fulfillment.
