Job Description

You will identify bottlenecks and apply problem solving methodology to improve productivity, cycle time and on-time delivery to customers. You will use your programming knowledge to create simple reports and write macros in excel to improve efficiency of repeated tasks and evaluate dispatch algorithms to run the fab smoothly.

• You can use data and knowledge to identify improvement opportunities.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills to improve Operational Effectiveness.
• You can work with team members and fab floor operators to improve Operational Efficiency.
• You can work on other tasks as directed by the manager or requested by team members.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing B.S Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar degree.
• Prior internship experience preferred.
• Programming skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working in a cleanroom environment.
