Inventory Coordinator

Two years of college with 1–2 years of related experience preferred OR high school diploma with 4–5 years of related inventory or warehouse experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong inventory control, data entry, and reconciliation skills. Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer system proficiency required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter inventory data for parts issued, transfers, cycle counts, and adjustments
• Maintain accurate inventory records, lot numbers, and storage locations
• Receive and issue finished goods into inventory systems
• Close shop packets and update production records
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies with manufacturing and quality teams
• Prepare daily cycle count reports and pick-list count sheets
• Conduct routine audits for inventory and location accuracy
• Support warehouse layout improvements for efficiency and safety compliance
• Coordinate movement, storage, and tracking of WIP, finished goods, and packaging materials
• Work with inspectors on non-conforming materials and supplier RMAs
• Assist with material consolidation and replenishment activities
