Advocate for the individual needs of students. Qualifications Genuine passion for working with Kindergarten students. Strong classroom management and student engagement skills. Collaborative, open to new ideas, and committed to professional growth. Desire to contribute to a positive, faith-based school community. Hold a valid Elementary Education teaching license. Additional certifications or endorsements are welcome and will be considered for the right candidate.
