This is a part-time, on-site role for a Law Clerk / Paralegal located in Los Altos, CA. The role involves preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, drafting correspondence, organizing case files, and assisting attorneys in their day-to-day tasks. The Law Clerk / Paralegal will also communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals as needed.

• Strong knowledge in Law and expertise in Legal Document Preparation
• Proficiency in Research and Writing
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and organize case files effectively
• Proficiency with legal software and tools is a plus
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a legal setting is advantageous but not required
