You'll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or get a guaranteed minimum wage. You'll always take home whichever is higher! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home an average of $31 - $56.50/hour. To thrive as a Hair Stylist/Barber at Floyds 99 Barbershop, you’ll need a mix of technical and interpersonal skills that create magic in the chair. Reliability and punctuality are non-negotiables in our fast-paced environment, as we trust you to keep our clients looking sharp, even on weekends and late nights.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Active Maryland barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence
• Reliability and punctuality with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and nights to meet client needs
