Marketing Intern (Content and Social Media)

We're looking for an intern with a passion for understanding social media who is excited to learn, grow, and make an impact. You'll join our mission to encourage and enable Kindness habits for billions. This is a very hands-on role with a lot of ownership, and you'll see the results of your work in the market in real-time. You will work directly with the CMO and the team, primarily in editing, drafting, and posting KindWorks.AI's content on social media. You will also be able to engage and participate in growing and iterating our social media strategy.

We seek candidates who bring a growth mindset, embrace feedback, and are proactive and collaborative. Successful candidates will bring fresh ideas, be willing and excited to try new things, and bring their strong communication and collaboration skills to the team.

What you will do:

  • Draft and edit content for our social media platforms – Linkedin, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
  • Draft supporting content to develop, share, and promote our content podcasts and other initiatives
  • Analyze and discuss the performance of our social media presence
  • Manage social media amplification across all platforms
  • Research, recommend, and launch social media best practices

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Confirmed collaborative and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multifaceted, global environment.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Growth Mindset, Curiosity, & Creativity
  • Proactively perform tasks independently

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in extracting insights from data and creating actionable items
  • Be familiar with Excel analysis. A more robust statistical knowledge is a notable asset.
  • Proven ability to drive reach and engagement across social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
