Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electro Mechanical Assembler with 1-3 years of experience in the field to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to work on projects across various industries such as medical, automotive, and aerospace, with a primary focus on products for one of our major clients. This position involves working both independently and collaboratively during the day shift.
Responsibilities
Assemble parts from various industries including medical, automotive, and aerospace.
Work mainly on products for our largest customer.
Read and understand schematics and drawings.
Perform electrical assembly and valve assembly.
Conduct point-to-point wiring and cable harness tasks.
Build boxes and work with cable harnesses.
Utilize tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, torque tools, and crimping tools for small pins.
Perform soldering tasks with precision.
Essential Skills
1-3 years of experience in Electro Mechanical Assembly.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and drawings.
Experience with cable harnesses and box builds.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision.
Ability to multitask efficiently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with pneumatic assembly.
Soldering and crimping with small pins.

Work Environment
You will be working in a clean room environment alongside approximately 15 other assemblers. This role requires reporting to the department head and maintaining a focus on cleanliness and safety standards.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
