Automotive Assistant & Service Managers Location Perrysburg, OH About the Position Assistant Manager Supports the Store Manager to ensure each Midas retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Enforces established policies, procedures, and standards; schedules mechanics/technicians work; manages outside orders; ensures quality and timely completion of jobs; meets customer expectations; and ensures the safety of team members. Service Manager Assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. Ensures complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians; stages vehicle repair/maintenance work; drives sales initiatives; communicates directly with customers; assesses customer needs; provides information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance; and strives to meet customer expectations. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
